Our Legacy & Leadership
- The foundation of PCC Associates LLP was laid by the late Mr. P.C. Chatterjee, a visionary HR leader with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. His illustrious career saw him leading both Indian and multinational companies as an HR Leader and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With his vast experience in talent management, leadership development, and employee relations, he transitioned into a Management Consultant role, where he mentored businesses in optimizing their workforce strategies. In 2006, Ms. Rakhi Chatterjee re-envisioned the firm with a new-age perspective, transforming it into a premier HR Consulting and Executive Search partner. Under her leadership, PCC Associates expanded its reach, leveraging innovative HR methodologies and an extensive network to help organizations across various industries attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
